Healing to the Little Boy family
Good evening, everyone~
I just got off the phone with both Mike Sr., and Mike Little Boy, Jr.
Last evening, three of Mike's children and one of his nieces were in a very bad automobile accident on Pine Ridge Reservation. Their car slid off the icy roads and into a tree.
Bill, Deidra, Angela and Cynthia are in need of your healing thoughts and prayers. Deidra, who was injured most seriously, broke her back and was air lifted to a hospital in Sioux Falls. Mike Sr., is attempting to find transportation there tonight or tomorrow morning. Because of her age (16), Deidra's mother, Lolita, was sent along with her to Sioux
Falls.

To Pine Ridge with Love
Good morning, everyone~
Our Lakota brothers and sisters have asked me to say, "Wopila" or thank you for all that you have done for them!
Despite the snow and frigid temps out West, the Silver Sleigh made it safely to its destination on Pine Ridge Reservation and its wonderful contents were distributed to those in the greatest need on Saturday morning.
Beginning with the Thunder Hawk family, who recently lost their mother, the distribution of goods began with those who recently lost a loved one, followed by the elderlies and the children.
For me, the most poignant moment was when one of the Elders looked at me and said, "You didn't forget me. You didn't forget us. Wopila - thank you. Please tell everyone in Michigan and Indiana, thank you."
Children who arrived wearing t-shirts, left wearing warm coats, mittens, hats, books and a toy. Elderlies received warm clothing, food, medicines and lots of hugs from our Michigan team.
The firewood was put to immediate use to build a bonfire to keep everyone warm as we waited for the semi to be unloaded by hand. Many grateful families left with wood to keep their homes warm.
Even the dogs were taken care of, as we unloaded 200 lbs. of dog food!
On Friday evening, an Inipi (sweat lodge) was held in honor of all of you. Many prayers of thanks were offered as we prayed, sang and smoked the sacred chanunpa (prayer pipe).
Later this week, you will be able to see photos and hear a message from Mike Little Boy Sr., on my website. Chief Little Boy has asked me to begin writing his autobiography, "Thunder Snare Walking," and creating a documentary about our annual delivery to Pine Ridge.
Together, as Mike likes to say, we are making history between the cultures. Thank you all for being part of this positive change.

Urgent Healing for Chad
A friend of mine, Chad N., is in the hospital in Grand Rapids, MI after having his second kidney removed in less than a year. He needs a kidney transplant, but cannot have one for at least eight weeks. He has five children, two of which are under five that he adopted with his wife a few years ago. I ask that reiki love and light be sent to him and his family for his immediate healing.

With only two more skids to go, the Silver Gainey Sleigh headed to Pine
Ridge Reservation is packed and ready to head West.
A repeat performance of last year, the semi trailer full of firewood,
food, clothing, medicine, school supplies, chain saws, and toys will
have approximately 3 inches of room to spare!

Urgent healing for Patti
A close friend of my family, Patti, is in need of our prayers. She has been an emergency room nurse most of her life and helped others tremendously. Patti is in a medication induced coma since having a diagnosis of gastroparesis and subsequently a colonectomy for a malignant mass. I am writing to request Reiki for my brother-in-law Ron. He is being transported to the hospital as I write this. He is a bad way and I ask for Reiki to help him in his passing. Ron has been suffering from the cancer that now has infiltrated his body. We just want Ron to be at peace and if he can't breathe to please have the freedom to leave the prison that is his body.
